LWS has grown from a single truck operation to a fleet of over 75 vehicles and 150 dedicated team members, and we are now operating from a brand new, 10,000 square foot state of the art facility in Franklin county. This 16 acre property also includes a newly renovated 22,000 square foot maintenance shop, cardboard recycling process center and transfer station, along with new on-site Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling stations. April of 2019 marks our 20 year anniversary!
We have been locally owned and operated since 1999, offering environmentally friendly, cost-effective waste and recycling solutions to Central Ohio. We provide weekly service to over 150,000 residential customers and businesses across our region.

Are you looking to build your career and capable of highly labor intensive work? Join the advanced LWS driver training program. Earn your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B) within your first year of employment.
We hold the highest industry safety standards. Acceptable driving record and drug screen required. Must be 18 years or older.
