Service Guidelines
- Please place materials in bags or containers – not to exceed 50 lbs.
- Bulk items / materials from minor home repairs and remodeling will be collected at the same time as all other materials – contact our office for additional guidelines.
- Any upholstered items (including mattresses and box springs) must be wrapped in plastic.
- Please report any concerns to Local Waste Services directly within 24 hours of the normal pickup day: including missed materials, spills, safety concerns or general service questions.
- Please contact our office for collection of Freon based appliances ($50.00 disposal fee per item).

If a holiday falls on or before your collection day, service is delayed one day, that week only.
If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday there will be NO change in your scheduled pick up day
Recycling
- All recyclable materials are collected weekly with no additional fees.
- Do not bundle or bag materials – place loosely in bins.
- Plastic grocery bags are NOT accepted – please return to grocery store.
- Window glass and glass dishes are NOT recyclable.

- 95-gallon carts available for rent at $3.50 per mo. / $10.50 billed quarterly.
- 65-gallon recycling carts available for rent at $3.50 per mo. / $10.50 billed quarterly.
Payment Terms
- $19.95 mo. / billed quarterly.
- Payment is due 30 days from the statement date; at which time a $3.00 late fee is applied.
- Bills that remain unpaid for 60 days may be subject to additional penalties.
- Senior Discount rate is $17.96 - must be 65 years or older & head of household (mail copy of ID & utility bill).
- Local Waste Services accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (credit / debit) & direct debit.
- There is a $1.99 processing fee for credit/debit card payments and a $0.60 fee for direct debit.
