Service Guidelines
- Please bag all loose trash and place the bags or containers curbside on the normal service day - not to exceed 50 lbs.
- Bulk items and additional materials will be collected at the same time as all other items.
- Please wrap mattresses, box springs, and fabric covered furniture completely with plastic for removal.
- Brush must be tied in bundles not exceeding 4 ft. x 2 ft. with branches 2 in. or less in diameter. Christmas trees over 5ft. must be cut in half.
- Please have yard waste in biodegradable brown paper bags or in containers that are clearly marked 'Yard Waste Only' - stickers are available upon request at City Hall.
- Place yard waste a few feet away from other materials to identify easier, as it will be collected separately on the same day.
- Missed materials must be reported within 24-hour of normal day pickup.
- Please contact our office for collection of Freon based appliances ($100 disposal fee per item).

If a holiday falls on or before your collection day, service is delayed one day, that week only.
If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday there will be NO change in your scheduled pick up day
Recycling
- Recyclable materials are collected weekly.
- Do not bundle or bag materials -the blue Toter supplied by the City.
- Plastic grocery bags are NOT accepted.
- Window glass and glass dishes are NOT recyclable.

- 1-95-gallon trash cart is provided to each residence free of charge.
- 95-gallon carts available for rent at $3.50 per mo. / $42.00 billed annually.
- 65-gallon recycling carts available for rent at $3.50 per mo. / $42.00 billed annually.
